Regolamento didattico:
Lo Staff di Alitaliavirtual vi da il benvenuto nel suo nuovo sito internet.
COME INIZIARE:
Il primo passo è procedere al Login che potete trovare in duplice pagina,sia nel menu bar che nella finestra a tendina in alto a destra.
Successivamente il pilota viene reinderizzato al Pilot center che è l'area riservata ai piloti dalla quale potete accedere a tutte le diverse funzioni.
PRENOTARE IL VOLO:
La seconda fase prevede la prenotazione del volo dal Pilot Center andando nell'apposita sezione "Flight Operations" cliccando su "Book your flight".
Come funziona il volo nel sito? Il volo si basa SOLO sul sistema Alitrak, che consente sia i voli OFF-LINE che ON-LINE, il PIREP viene automaticamente inviato dal software al sistema.
È vietato mandare Pirep’s al VA System.
Bisogna ricordarsi che l'attuale sistema non rileva in automatico le ore su IVAO, e che bisogna settare l'Alitrak con la matricola AZxxxx( non AZAxxxx) + la password del sito.
I piloti che usano Win7 e Vista, devono installare l'ALITRAK eseguendo il file .exe come amministratori, mentre per XP e altri sistemi operativi con il classico doppio clik.
CONDOTTA:
-SEZIONE 1- IL VOLO
1: Sono consentiti i voli off-line e i voli on-line.
2: I voli devono essere necessariamente effettuati con l'Alitrak, salvo casi segnalati allo Staff, pena la cancellazione del volo.
2.1: In caso di Emergenza e rientro all'aeroporto di partenza per qualsiasi motivazione, è fatto obbligo di riavviare l'Alitrak per evitare problemi tecnici; il volo con ritorno all'aeroporto di partenza non sarà computato come valido ma è fatto obbligo di riavviare il volo nuovamente, pena la cancellazione del volo.
3: Se durante il volo l'Alitrak dovesse crashare, potete inviare manualmente il PIREP segnalando previamente la situazione allo Staff, altrimenti il Log manuale è vietato per qualsiasi volo. Solo in caso di motivazione estremamente valida e a unica e insindacabile valutazione da parte dello staff, il PIREP sarà considerato valido, previo invio del Log o strumento che indichi o che aiuti nella reperibilità dei dati che verifichino l'avvenuto volo. Chi userà questo strumento per mandare normalmente i PIREP se li vedrà cancellati.
4: In caso di crash del PC vedi punto 3.
5: Non sono consentiti senza eccezione alcuna i voli liberi, gli unici voli consentiti sono quelli della Timetable.
5.1: Il volo dopo essere prenotato può essere volato non oltre le 24 ore.
5.2: I piloti sono obbligati ad effettuare almeno 2 voli mensili per mantenere attivo l'account (salvo casi particolari e debitamente comunicati allo Staff), pena la sospensione dell'account. L'account, inoltre, verrà cancellato per un'inattività totale di 90 giorni.
5.3: Il volo può essere effettuato a qualsiasi ora anche se diversa da quella indicata nel volo prenotato sia offline che online.
5.4: Il pilota può volare esclusivamente coi velivoli su cui abbia conseguito il Type Rating, compresi i velivoli della Hystoric Fleet nel rispetto della categoria per cui sono abilitati.
La Hystoric Fleet è così composta:
ATR-72/500 (Alitalia)
B733-734 (Air One)
DC-9 (ATI, Alitalia)
B738 (Air One)
B727 (Alitalia)
B742 (Alitalia) necessario Heavy
MD-11 (Alitalia) necessario Heavy
DC-10 (Alitalia) necessario Heavy
Per ogni volo deve essere utilizzato l’aeromobile per il quale si è abilitati, o che comunque sia della stessa serie di macchina per cui ad es: Pilota abilitato AIRBUS, volo con A320 potrà essere usato anche il 318-319-321, non BOEING.
I velivoli dovranno avere solo ed esclusivamente livrea Alitalia o Air One. Chi invierà Pireps dopo aver effettuato un volo con livrea non di Compagnia subirà la non validazione del volo.
5.5: Possono essere effettuati i voli in codeshare presenti nel sistema.
Solo i codeshare potranno essere volati con velivoli non di compagnia, sempre nel rispetto della Categoria.
5.6: Il volo nell’Alitrak deve essere indicato con la sigla "AZ"e il numero del volo, pena la non validazione del volo che perviene con la dicitura "0000", in quanto il sistema Alitrak riconosce solo la connessione con id "AZxxxx" dove per "X" sta il numero di matricola.
5.7: Non è consentito mettere in pausa l'Alitrak durante la durata del volo, pena la non validazione del volo.
5.8: Chiunque sfrutti qualsiasi bug del sito per scopi occulti sarà punito con l'espulsione immediata e indeterminata dalla Compagnia.
5.9: I voli della Categoria M (Medium) con un landing rate superiore a -700 fpm non saranno accettati senza eccezioni!
I voli della Categoria H (Heavy) con un landing rate superiore a -800 fpm non saranno accettati senza eccezioni!
Chiunque invii pirep che superino i suddetti limiti di landing rate, sarà sospeso per 5 giorni, pertanto invitiamo gli utenti a leggere BENE il Log prima di inviarlo al fine di evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti.
5.10: Il quantitativo di carburante all’atterraggio deve essere NECESSARIAMENTE rispettato secondo i seguenti principi:
Categoria M: il carburante residuo nei serbatoi in totale al suolo non deve superare i 4000 Kg/ 8800 lbs
Categoria H: il carburante residuo nei serbatoi in totale al suolo non deve superare i 7000 Kg/ 15400 lbs

Pena non validazione del volo.
Superati i 3 Pirep con lo stesso errore la pena sarà la sospensione di 5 giorni.
-SEZIONE2- AWARDS & TYPE RATING
6: Gli awards e i Type ratings possono essere ottenuti solo mediante il superamento di prove d'esame che saranno predisposte dallo Staff e superate con l'80% di risposte esatte.
7: Gli Awards e i Type ratings possono essere richiesti solo al raggiungimento del budget previsto per il loro acquisto secondo il seguente ordine,
salvo il primo che è gratuito:
EMBRAER:1000€
AIRBUS: 1000€
BOEING:1000€
MD-82:1000€
ATR: 1000€
MD-11:1000€
CRJ Canadair:1000€
Tra un Type rating e la nuova richiesta di type rating devono trascorrere 60 giorni.
-SEZIONE3- RANKS
8: I ranks sono assegnati in base alle ore di volo effettuate secondo la seguente modalità:
STUDENT PILOT da 0 a 50 ore
PILOT da 50 a 150 ore
FIRST OFFICIER da 150 a 250
CAPITAIN da 250 a 500 con check teorico
INSTRUCTOR da 500 con check teorico e pratico
9: Lo stipendio dei piloti varia a seconda del grado secondo quanto segue:
STUDENT PILOT 18€/h
PILOT 30€/h
FIRST OFFICIER 50€/h
CAPITAIN 65€/h
INSTRUCTOR 80€/h
10: Non saranno accettati trasferimenti di ore né da IVAO o VATSIM né da altre compagnie, senza alcuna eccezione.
-SEZIONE4- NORME VARIE
11: Lo staff può decidere di modificare e/o integrare senza preavviso alcuno le regole suindicate in qualunque momento, riservandosi comunque l'onere di avvisare gli utenti.
12: Per i Voli Intercontinentali sarà necessario aver maturato 50 ore di volo e aver superato un test HEAVY. Anche se il sistema consente la prenotazione del volo e la teorica effettuazione, ma non si ha passato l'abilitazione Heavy o non si è in possesso della stessa, il volo sarà cancellato senza eccezione alcuna e senza essere nemmeno controllato. Chiunque mandi pirep di voli intercontinentali, senza avere l'abilitazione e controvenendo alla norma qui citata, verrà sospeso per 5 giorni dalla Compagnia.
13: Non è consentito per nessun motivo al mondo il refueling (rifornimento) in volo.
14: Il volo deve essere volato solo ed esclusivamente a velocità normale del simulatore (qualsiasi esso sia), non sono consentiti voli con velocità a 2x, 4x, 6x, ecc.
15: Chiunque richieda informazioni che sono già contenute nel presente regolamento di Compagnia, verrà sospeso per 5 giorni, pertanto vi invitiamo calorosamente a memorizzare alla perfezione tutto il regolamento.

GETTING STARTED:
The first step is to proceed to the Login page you can find in the menu bar drop-down box and in the upper right corner.
Then the pilot is redirected to the Pilot Center which is the area reserved for pilot from which you can access all the different functions.
BOOK A FLIGHT:
The second phase includes the Pilot Center flight booking from going in the section "Flight Operations" by clicking on "Book your flight".
How does the flight on the website? The flight is based ONLY on Alitrak system, which allows both flights OFF-LINE and ON-LINE; the PIREP is sent automatically by the software system.
It's forbidden to send Pirep to the VA System.
Remember that the current system does not automatically detects the hours on IVAO, and that you need to set the serial AZxxxx with Alitrak (not AZAxxxx) + the password of the website. Pilots who use Win7 and Vista have to install ALITRAK running the Exe file as an administrator, while for XP and other operating systems with the classic double-clicks.
CONDUCT:
-SECTION 1- THE FLIGHT
1: Are allowed off-line flights and online flights.
2: Flights must necessarily be carried out with the Alitrak, except in cases reported to the staff, or will be rejected.
2.1: In case of emergency and return to the airport of departure for any reason, you are obliged to restart the Alitrak to avoid technical problems; the flight back to the airport of departure will be counted as invalid, but you are obliged to restart the flight again or will be rejected.
3: If during the flight the Alitrak should crash, you can manually send a PIREP indicating the situation prior to the staff, otherwise the log book is forbidden for any flight. Only in case of a valid reason but at discretion of the staff, the PIREP will be considered valid, after sending the Log stating either that help in the availability of data that verify the flight occurred. Who will use this tool to send PIREP normally see them rejected.
4: If PC crashes see point 3.
5: Free flights are not allowed, the only flights allowed are those of the Timetable.
5.1: The flight can be flown after being booked no later than 24 hours.
5.2: Pilots are required to fly at least 2 flights per month to keep the account active (except in special cases communicated to the staff), or will be considered inactive. The account also will be deleted after 90 days of totally inactivity.
5.3: The flight may be flown at any time also other than that indicated in the flight booked both offline and online.
5.4: The pilot can only fly with the aircraft on which it has obtained a Type Rating, including the aircraft of the Fleet Hystoric according to the category for which you are enabled.

For each flight, you can use the aircraft for which you are enabled, or otherwise use the same aircraft's family for example: Pilot enabled AIRBUS, A320 flight will also be used on 318-319-321, but Boeing is not allowed etc .The aircraft must necessarily be exclusively livery of Alitalia and/or Air One. 5.5: Can be made codeshare flights in the system.

Any person submitting pirep that exceed these limits of landing rate, will be suspended for 5 days, so we encourage you to read carefully the Log before sending it, in order to avoid disappointment.
5.10: The amount of fuel to land have to be respected according to the following limits or the flight will not validate:
Category M: The remaining fuel in the tanks on the ground in total should not exceed 4000 kg / 8800 lbs
Category H: The remaining fuel in the tanks on the ground in total should not exceed 7000 kg / 15400 lbs
Exceeded 3 Pirep with the same error will be worth 5 days suspension.

-SECTION 2- AWARDS & RATINGS TYPE
6: The awards and Type ratings can be obtained only through the overcoming of tests that will be prepared by the staff and pass with 80% correct answers.
7: Awards and Type ratings can be requested only when reaching the budget for their purchase in the following order, except the first which is free:
EMBRAER: 1000 €
AIRBUS: 1000 €
BOEING: 1000 €
MD-82: 1000 €
ATR: 1000 €
MD-11: 1000 €
Canadair CRJ: 1000 €
Between a Type rating and a new Type request, must spend 60 days.
-SECTION 3- RANKS
8: The ranks are assigned based on hours of flight in the following way:
STUDENT PILOT from 0 to 50 hours
PILOT from 50 to 150 hours
FIRST OFFICIER from 150 to 250
CAPITAINE from 250 to 500 with the theoretical check
INSTRUCTOR of 500 with check theoretical and practical
9: The Pilot’s salary varies depending on the ranks as follows:
STUDENT PILOT € 18 / h
Pilot 30 € / h
FIRST OFFICIER € 50 / h
CAPITAINE € 65 / h
INSTRUCTOR € 80 / h
10: We will not accept transfers of IVAO or VATSIM hours or from other companies, without exception.
-SECTION 4- MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
11: The team may decide to modify and / or supplement the rules above without notice at any time, reserving, however, the burden of notifying users.
12: On international flights, you will need to have accumulated 50 flight hours and to have passed the HEAVY test. Although the system allows the flight booking, but you have not passed the enabling test Heavy or you haven’t it, the flight will be deleted without exception, and even without being checked. Anyone who send PIREP of Intercontinental flights, without having the HEAVY, will be suspended for 5 days.
13: It is not permitted for any reason in the world refueling in flight.
14: The flight must be flown exclusively at normal speed of the simulator (whatever it is). Flights are not permitted at 2x, 4x, 6x, etc..
15: Anyone requiring informations that are already contained in this regulation of the Company, will be suspended for 5 days, so we warmly invite you to perfectly memorize the whole regulation.
