1:Essere in possesso di Flight Simuator 2004 / Flight Simulator X.
   Sistema operativo richiesto: Windows XP/Vista/7 - Per quanto riguarda Windows8 il software Alitrack non è stato attualmente testato in maniera corretta, pertanto non si garantiscono attualmente le complete funzionalità
   NB. Il nostro sistema ACARS non è compatibile con il Simulatore X-PLANE e sopratutto con il sistema operativo Macintosh
2: Il primo passo è procedere al Login che potete trovare in duplice pagina,sia nel menu bar che nella finestra a tendina in alto a destra.
3: Successivamente il pilota viene reinderizzato al Pilot center che è l'area riservata ai piloti dalla quale potete accedere a tutte le diverse funzioni.

1: Sono consentiti i voli off-line e i voli on-line.
2: I voli devono essere necessariamente effettuati con l'Alitrak.
3: In caso di Emergenza e rientro all'aeroporto di partenza per qualsiasi motivazione, è fatto obbligo di riavviare l'Alitrak per evitare problemi tecnici; il volo con ritorno all'aeroporto di partenza non sarà computato come valido ma è fatto obbligo di riavviare il volo nuovamente, pena la cancellazione del volo.

4: Se l'Alitrack dovesse crashare in fase finale di atterraggio o al suolo, il pilota è invitato comunque ad inviare il log del volo. Il Pirep verrà valutato ed eventualmente accettato a giudizio unico ed insidacabile da parte dei membri dello staff.

5: In caso di crash del PC vedi punto 3.
6: Non sono consentiti senza eccezione alcuna i voli liberi, gli unici voli consentiti sono quelli della Timetable e Charter Center.
7: Il volo dopo essere prenotato può essere volato non oltre le 24 ore.
8: I piloti sono obbligati ad effettuare almeno 2 voli mensili per mantenere attivo l'account (salvo casi particolari e debitamente comunicati allo Staff), pena la sospensione dell'account. L'account, inoltre, verrà cancellato per un'inattività totale di 60 giorni.

9: Il volo può essere effettuato a qualsiasi ora anche se diversa da quella indicata nel volo prenotato sia offline che online.
Per ogni volo deve essere utilizzato l’aeromobile per il quale si è abilitati in base al rank.

10: Il volo nell’Alitrak deve essere indicato con la sigla "AZ"e il numero del volo, pena la non validazione del volo che perviene con la dicitura "0000", in quanto il sistema Alitrak riconosce solo la connessione con id "AZxxxx" dove per "X" sta il numero di matricola.

11: Non è consentito mettere in pausa l'Alitrak durante la durata del volo, pena la non validazione del volo.
12: Chiunque sfrutti qualsiasi bug del sito per scopi occulti sarà punito con l'espulsione immediata e indeterminata dalla Compagnia.
13: Il landing rate non deve essere superiore a -700 per tutti gli aeromobili presenti in flotta.
14: E' obbligatorio volare con la livrea Alitalia, Airone, Volare, la stessa dovrà essere ben visibile all'interno del log Alitrak
15: E' assolutamente vietato lo stallo, pena: la non validazione del pirep
16: Pirep contenenti Overspeed, Pause non verranno accettati.
17: Maximum Fuel on Board / Maximum Landing Fuel

18: Non è obbligatorio rispettare l'aeromobile riportato in TimeTable e lo stesso può essere sostituito con un'altro della stessa categoria facendo sempre riferimento alla nostra flotta.
19: Impostare l'Alitrak in Kg.

Regolamento Charter Center

L'opzione Charter Center Alitalia Virtual consente nella realizzazione di voli Charter ( voli liberi ) a propria scelta.
La creazione del volo charter va effettuata secondo questi criteri:

1: I voli charter devono avere una distanza minima di 180NM ( voli charter con distanza inferiore a 180NM saranno cancellati e non validati ).
2: NB. Gli Aeromobili di categoria Heavy ( D ) possono essere utilizzati dopo il raggiungimento di 50 ore di volo .
4: I voli charter dopo la creazione il sistema li inserisce in automatico in TimeTable e verranno cancellati in 7/10 giorni.
5: I voli charter dovranno essere effettuati con lo stesso criterio dei voli TimeTable seguendo scrupolosamente il regolamento.
6: La History Fleet è accessibile solo per i voli Charter.

1: Lo staff può decidere di modificare e/o integrare senza preavviso alcuno le regole suindicate in qualunque momento, riservandosi comunque l'onere di avvisare gli utenti.
2: I voli, con Aeromobili di categoria Heavy ( D ) possono effettuati dopo il raggiungimento di 50 ore di volo.
3: Non è consentito per nessun motivo al mondo il refueling (rifornimento) in volo.

4: Non è consentito effettuare movimenti o spostamenti rapidi durante l'esecuzione del volo stesso, pena la non validazione del pirep
5: Il volo deve essere volato solo ed esclusivamente a velocità normale del simulatore (qualsiasi esso sia), non sono consentiti voli con velocità a 2x, 4x, 6x, ecc.
6: E' severamente vietato inviare pirep che non rispettano i parametri sopra elencati.
7: E' severamente vietato violare il regolamento - PENA: Espulsione Immediata dalla Compagnia.
8: Lo staff può cambiare in qualsiasi momento l'HUB prescelto dal pilota per esigenze di compagnia.

2: The first step is to proceed to the Login page you can find in the menu bar drop-down box and in the upper right corner.
3: Then the pilot is redirected to the Pilot Center which is the area reserved for pilot from which you can access all the different functions.

1: Are allowed off-line flights and online flights.
2: Flights must necessarily be carried out with the Alitrak.
3: In case of emergency and return to the airport of departure for any reason, you are obliged to restart the Alitrak to avoid technical problems; the flight back to the airport of departure will be counted as invalid, but you are obliged to restart the flight again or will be rejected.

4: If the Alitrack should crash in the final phase of landing or on the ground, the pilot is still invited to send the log of the flight. The Pirep will be evaluated and eventually accepted a unique and unquestionable judgment by staff members.

5: If PC crashes see point 3.
6: Free flights are not allowed, the only flights allowed are those of the Timetable and Charter Center.
7: The flight can be flown after being booked no later than 24 hours.
8: Pilots are required to fly at least 2 flights per month to keep the account active (except in special cases communicated to the staff), or will be considered inactive. The account also will be deleted after 60 days of totally inactivity.

9: The flight may be flown at any time also other than that indicated in the flight booked both offline and online.
10: The flight nell'Alitrak must be indicated with the initials "AZ" and the flight number, otherwise it will not validate the flight that arrives with the words "0000", as the system recognizes only Alitrak connection with id "AZxxxx" where for "X" is the serial number.

11: You can not pause the Alitrak during the duration of the flight, otherwise it will not validate the flight.
12: Any person exploiting any bugs in the site for occult purposes shall be punished byimmediate expulsion from the Company.
13: Landing rate must be lower than -700 for all the aircraft in the fleet.
14: Is required to fly with Alitalia, Airone, Volare livery, the same should be clearly visible in the Alitrak's log.
15: It 'absolutely prohibited the stall penalty: Pirep Rejected.
16: Pirep containing Overspeed, Refueling, Pause will be not accepted.

Charter Center Rules

The option Charter Center Alitalia Virtual allows in the creation of Charter Flights (free flights) of your choice.
The creation of charter flight be performed according to these criteria:

1: The charter fligths must have a minimum distance of 180Nm (charter flights with a distance smaller 180Nm will be deleted and not validated).
2: The Heavy Aircraft category (D) can be used after reaching 50 hours of flight..
4: After the creation, the Charter Flights, will be entered automatically on TimeTable and will be deleted about 7/10 days.
5: The Charter Flights must be flight with same criteria of TimeTable's flights following carefully the Rules.
6: The History Fleet is available only for Charter Flights.
